Walgreens in Mexico (Durango region) seeks a store operations associate to open and close the store when management is unavailable, handle cash, manage returns, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business. The role focuses on delivering a friendly customer experience and supporting backdoor deliveries.

The position requires at least one year of leadership or key holder experience and fluency in English. Ability to work independently when managers are absent is essential.

Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-up and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and signage; support displays and promotions.

PTCB certification or pharmacy license
