Qualifikationen

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in customer service.
• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Ensure customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently.
• Perform store opening and closing duties.
