Formación

  • Proven track record in team management: 8 years of experience min.
  • Languages: English and Spanish Fluent.
  • Availability to work 40hr/week and weekends.

An exceptional retail opportunity awaits at our prestigious Canalejas Store in Madrid. Louis Vuitton is seeking a Store Manager with a strong dedication to fostering team growth and client relationships. Reporting to the Retail Director of the Mediterranean Region, you will drive sales growth and client relationships through effective leadership, clienteling, and operational management. The Store Manager will need a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and achieving store goals as this is essential to delivering unparalleled performance and service.

Job responsibilities

Team Management and Development

  • With a passion for people development and leadership, you will be responsible for recruiting and building highly motivated and engaged teams. This involves creating a positive environment, providing regular feedback, creating detailed career development plans, and guiding Managers to effectively lead and develop their own teams.
  • Effectively organizing the team to meet business needs, delegating responsibilities with clear, individual actions and objectives. Set challenging yet attainable team and individual targets, and monitor performance to ensure goals are achieved.

Client and Business Development

  • Establishing a client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieving client repurchase and clienteling objectives.
  • Acting as a Louis Vuitton ambassador in your local market, by proactively representing the Brand in relevant local activities (networking, PR).
  • Actively tracking the competitive landscape and market trends to stay ahead.

Role Model on Selling and Floor Management

  • Being a role model in floor management, understanding the Clients’ needs, identifying potential areas of improvement and cultivating an excellence-driven culture.
  • Maximizing business opportunities while upholding Louis Vuitton Promise standards.

Operations

  • Ensuring that Louis Vuitton policies and procedures are communicated and implemented effectively.
  • Harmonizing front- and back-of-house operations to create a seamless, efficient, and cohesive work environment.
