Responsabilidades

• Lead the store Logistics department and collaborate with the country Fulfilment and store commercial teams to ensure high goods availability at minimum cost.
• Participate in the store business planning and align logistics actions with country strategies.
• Recruit and develop talents in the function to secure diverse, competent teams.
• Develop and manage long-term logistics capacity including space, equipment and people.
• Share knowledge to improve efficiency and safety in goods handling and to uphold IKEA values.
