Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership and drive an exceptional in-store experience. You will help coach team members, ensure strong customer service, and assist with merchandising and daily operations.

As a Key Holder, you will manage sales transactions, uphold security of cash and stock, and contribute to achieving store performance goals. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to company policies.

Formación

• Retail experience preferred
• Customer service orientation
• Cash handling proficiency
• Visual merchandising awareness

Responsabilidades

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships
• Become product expert and communicate features/benefits to customers
• Maintain and achieve key metrics (UPT, ADT, add-ons, customer data capture)
• Stay informed on promotions and advertisements
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and displays
• Process merchandise and monitor floor stock replenishment
• Complete sales transactions accurately and manage cash/ POS accountability
• Collaborate with store leadership to improve skills and metrics
• Follow opening/closing procedures and Time & Attendance policies
• Adhere to local, state laws and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Demonstrate reliability in attendance and appearance
