Job summary

Hyde Hotels busca un Steward para unirse a su equipo en Ciudad de México. Será responsable de la limpieza, la sanitización y mantener áreas libres de riesgos en la Back of House, colaborando de forma cercana con el equipo de cocina y operaciones.

Buscamos persona organizada, con espíritu de equipo y compromiso con higiene y seguridad alimentaria para garantizar experiencias de hospitalidad de alto nivel en un entorno creativo y dinámico.

Qualifications

• Organizado y buen trabajo en equipo.
• Apasionado por mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio y seguro.
• Conocimiento de seguridad alimentaria e higiene.

Responsibilities

• Responsable de la limpieza y sanitización de todas las superficies.
• Mantener pisos y áreas de trabajo libres de peligros y obstrucciones.
• Encargado del funcionamiento del equipo de limpieza de cocina.

Steward

Do you have a heart to serve and love being part of a team? As Steward, you will assist in the execution of operations at the back of house.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces
• Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction
• Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment

Requisitos

Your experience and skills include:

• Organized and a great team player
• Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene
