Formación

  • Previous experience as a Bus Person in a full-service dining room preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form.
  • Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.

Overview

Bus Person in a steakhouse setting, part-time role supporting service staff and maintaining guest areas to deliver approachable luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Working in conjunction with the captain and food server to exceed guest standards.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the tables and maintaining their overall appearance.
  • Responsible for pre-bussing and table maintenance at all times, including but not limited to dinner plates, flatware, beverage glasses, coffee mugs, and dessert dishes.
  • Responsible for prompt, clear, and reset of tables after each guest.
  • Inspecting the entire floor area to ensure it is clean and side stations are well-stocked.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Bus Person in a full-service dining room preferred.
