EarnIn is seeking a Staff Engineer to join their backend team in Mexico City. This role involves critical system design and implementation, contributing to real-time financial solutions for community members. The position offers a hybrid work model with excellent benefits including healthcare and development stipends. Candidates should have extensive experience in software development, preferably with expertise in C# and Kotlin.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Staff Engineer at EarnIn, all systems you work on are business-critical to our success. We manage systems that provide real-time and scheduled money transfers and facilitate the ability to track outcomes, reconcile discrepancies, and react to returns, chargebacks, and other events. We seek experienced, collaborative, and resourceful Staff-level engineers to join our backend teams. As a Staff Engineer, you will work cross-functionally with various teams and contribute to the design and development of our backend services.
This position will ideally be hybrid from our Mexico City office as part of our expanding site, though a remote arrangement is possible. EarnIn provides excellent employee benefits, including healthcare, internet/cell phone reimbursement, a learning and development stipend, and potential opportunities to travel to our Palo Alto HQ. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
