NVIDIA is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead Networking circuit boards and system production at its Mexico plant, coordinating with teams across the US, Asia, and Israel. The role emphasizes NPI ramps, manufacturing scalability, yield improvements, and operational excellence for NVIDIA networking products.

Formación
- Master's degree or equivalent in a technical field preferred.
- 8+ years in product/manufacturing/operations engineering for high‑volume environments.
- Deep expertise in board and system manufacturing, process control, yield, and reliability.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as on-site manufacturing lead for Networking products on the Guadalajara floor.
- Lead NPI readiness, factory qualification and transitions for mass production.
- Provide hands-on factory support to drive efficient NPI and mass production builds.
- Lead root-cause analysis and closure of manufacturing, yield, and quality challenges.
- Analyze manufacturing data and trends to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and global NVIDIA teams.
