NVIDIA seeks an outstanding Staff Engineer to lead the Datacenter Compute Board and Module program at the Guadalajara manufacturing site. You will partner with Global Engineering teams to ensure alignment and success from development through high-volume production.

• Master's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, computer, production engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in Product/ Manufacturing/ Operations Eng for NPI and high-volume production.
• Deep expertise in board/system manufacturing: process control, yield, testing, reliability.
• Ability to independently solve complex cross-functional manufacturing challenges via data-driven approaches.
• Excellent communication, influence, and leadership to align global teams without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary technical liaison between NVIDIA, Contract Manufacturers, and suppliers for Datacenter Board products made in Mexico.
• Lead NPI readiness, factory qualification, and NPI-to-MP transitions for manufacturing readiness and production success.
• Provide hands-on factory support to drive efficient NPI and mass-production builds and rapid issue resolution.
• Lead root-cause analysis and technical closure of manufacturing, yield, quality, reliability, and test-related challenges.
• Analyze manufacturing data, yield trends, reliability metrics to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Drive factory readiness reviews, benchmark assessments, and resolution of partner concerns for production issues.
• Partner with multi-functional teams to improve DFM, DFT, process optimization, ECO implementation, and risk mitigation.
• Provide technical leadership through dashboards, continuous improvement initiatives, mentorship, and teamwork across global teams, suppliers, and CMs.
