NVIDIA Networking division is seeking an excellent NPI Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico, providing on-site engineering support for Assembly and Process issues at the FXN factory. The role focuses on process validation, DOEs, and driving manufacturing excellence with multiple CMs.

A Mechanical or Industrial Engineering background and 5+ years of relevant experience are required, with strong English skills. Join a leading tech pioneer known for AI and data-center solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with PCBA manufacturing and SMT processes.
• Experience leading multi-CM/vendor projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, presenting).

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site engineering support for Assembly and Process issues.
• Base at the factory in FXN Guadalajara, Mexico.
• Escort and perform Process Validation activities and DOEs.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products.
• Drive CMs to excellence in manufacturing process, quality management and high-volume manufacturing mindset.
