CommScope Data Center Solutions seeks a Staff Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for fiber optic components and assemblies.

You will lead process development initiatives, support cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in quality, yield, and manufacturing efficiency. English proficiency and hands-on experience with optical fiber manufacturing are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Optical, Manufacturing, or related field).
• Strong knowledge of optical materials, adhesives, epoxy curing, ferrules, and connector standards.
• Proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma, SPC, capability analysis, IQ/OQ/PQ, and DOE development.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop and implement manufacturing processes for fiber optic connector termination.
• Design and validate processes for fiber splicing, fusion operations, and optical alignment.
• Create specifications, work instructions, and control plans for all fiber‑optic processes.
