Kohler Co. is seeking a Staff Engineer (Finishing Process) for its Sanimex Faucet Operation (SFO) in Juarez, Mexico. This onsite role leads plating and PVD manufacturing processes, drives capital projects, and supports global growth of Kohler’s faucet operations.

The ideal candidate has a BS with ABET accreditation and 5+ years in plating/PVD finishing, plus a strong background in related engineering fields. Advanced PVD knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• ABET-accredited BS degree with 5+ years in plating/PVD finishing.
• Background in chemical/material/mechanical engineering or related fields.
• Advanced degree with PVD/thin film coursework preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct flow of material and operation of plating/PVD equipment.
• Detect and diagnose equipment/process problems.
• Develop detailed process specifications and routings.
• Create process documentation and training materials.
• Initiate investigations to improve cost, quality, and productivity.
• Support cost estimates for New Product Manufacturing Engineering.
• Collaborate with Kohler supplier network and NPD teams.
