Role Definition

Planning, developing, building, and implementing new components, products, or technologies.

Responsibilities

• Creating new component-level designs and resolving issues related to manufacturing or product operation. Ensuring design acceptance, manufacturing readiness, and validation.
• Participating in the adoption of new technologies and process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Applying engineering procedures to make products or processes more reliable, efficient, and cost-effective. Understanding functional requirements and translating them into detailed design documents.
• Collaborating with all functional areas to provide design solutions that meet the requirements of enterprise partners and customers.
• Requires a degree from an accredited engineering program.
