We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Staff Accountant with hands‑on experience across treasury, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL). You’ll support month‑end close, reconciliations, cash activities, and day‑to‑day accounting in a fast‑paced environment. Advanced English and Excel are required to collaborate with U.S.-based teams and deliver accurate, timely results.
This is a hands-on role where excellent communication and customer service skills are just as important as technical accounting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and treasury
- Prepare and post journal entries; maintain supporting schedules
- Complete bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow monitoring and payment processing
- Execute monthly/quarterly close tasks and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses
- Maintain vendor and customer records; support billing, collections, and cash application
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
- Provide documentation for internal and external audits
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including AP, AR, GL, and treasury exposure
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) and solid ERP experience; Yardi preferred
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
