Solera Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Staff Accountant to prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, support the monthly close, and handle quarter-end and year-end entries.

You will analyze variances, assist with inter-company reconciliations, ensure GAAP compliance, and contribute to internal control improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of professional accounting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support the monthly close process and ensure timely completion of close activities.
• Prepare monthly journal entries for month-end close.
• Analyze large datasets and prepare accruals for balance sheet accounts.
• Support inter-company transactions and reconciliations.
• Prepare detailed balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
