As a IT Support Ssr, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring a minimum of 2 YEARSof experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.
In this role, you will support the IT team by providing first-level technical assistance to internal users. We are looking for someone motivated to learn, detail-oriented, and eager to develop technical skills while delivering effective and attentive support. You will receive close guidance from more experienced technicians and will gradually take on more responsibilities.
Role responsibilities
· Assist with the maintenance and inventory of IT equipment (printers, computers, monitors).
· Support users with basic troubleshooting (hardware, software, peripherals).
· Help configure user accounts and workstations.
· Participate in daily monitoring of incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
· Follow procedures to clearly document issues and solutions.
· Provide basic technical support during meetings (e.g., assistance with Zoom or Teams setup).
· Assist with the physical setup and relocation of workstations (including furniture and IT equipment).
· Learn to use tools such as Active Directory, Meraki MDM, or ESET SMC under supervision.
· Stay up to date on IT tools and procedures related to your activities.
· Collaborate with the IT team to enhance your knowledge and contribute to a collaborative environment.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
Advanced English – Required for daily communication at work
Ongoing or completed technical course or college degree in IT, computer support, or related fields
Experience in a similar role or internship (academic or personal projects will also be considered)
Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and/or macOS operating systems
Willingness to learn about networks, collaboration tools, and IT infrastructure
English – mandatory – advanced level
Experience working with JIRA
Azure certification is a plus
Basic knowledge of: Active Directory, Jira, Confluence
Basic understanding of IT ticketing systems
Azure certification is a plus
