Job Purpose

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing the safety, health, and environmental management system, as well as activities to safeguard the company's tangible assets.
• Investigate possible causes of incidents or accidents to prevent recurrence, minimizing impact on personnel, company, and environment.
• Reduce the frequency and rate of accidents and occupational diseases at the plant to lower the Risk Premium calculated by IMSS.
• Designate and supervise the proper use of EEP for different activities, ensuring workers' safety and rational equipment use.
• Maintain the Emergency Committee and DANA Emergency Brigades, providing training to respond effectively to emergencies, ensuring safety of personnel, facilities, and the environment.
• Attend and follow up on hearings related to Ecology and Safety by certifying bodies and government agencies to ensure legal and client compliance.
• Administer training programs for personnel on industrial safety, hygiene, and environmental issues.
