You will resolve tickets from employees and HR partners, assist with data management issues, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have HR process experience, IT HR systems knowledge, and strong Microsoft 365 skills. Formación

  • Experience in one or more HR processes in the SSC/BPO environment.
  • Familiarity with IT HR systems is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Skills in data analysis and statistics are beneficial.
  • Ability to manage communication effectively.

Responsabilidades

  • Resolve tickets submitted by employees and HR partners.
  • Re-assign and escalate tickets when necessary.
  • Support HR data management issues.
  • Generate operational reports for continuous improvement.
  • Provide high-level customer service to stakeholders.

Your Contribution

Your Contribution:

As SSC HR Specialist (Total Rewards) you will serve as support to solve HR related inquiries which require expertise knowledge.

  • Resolve tickets submitted by Employees, Global Process Owners, Center of Expertise, Employee Relations Partner, HR Business Partner and other functions.
  • Re-assign and escalate tickets to Tier 1 & 2, Centers of Expertise when appropriate.
  • Support Success Factors, PeopleDoc, SAP HR Data Management Issues, e.g. Mass data loads.
  • Generate operational reports and prepare data for identification of continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to employees and other stakeholders.
Your Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience in one or more HR processes in the SSC/BPO environment.
  • Knowledge of IT HR Systems.
  • Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Advanced English, Conversational Level.
  • Data Analysis & Statistics.
  • Communication Management.
