HCLTech is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to troubleshoot complex systems and drive solutions. The role focuses on managing AWS EKS clusters, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on monitoring, security, and compliance.

The candidate will work with SWE and SRE teams to define release steps, automate testing, and enforce quality gates. Fluent English and strong collaboration are required.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering practices.
• 3+ years in DevOps related field.
• 3+ years of automation tools and CI systems (e.g., Bamboo, Chef, Git) required.
• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes & Docker.
• B.S. in computer science or related technical field required.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end monitoring and alerting for critical pipelines.
• Manage and troubleshoot AWS EKS clusters for reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with SWE and SRE teams to release software with quality gates.
• Drive toil reduction, efficiency improvements, and capacity planning.
• Promote a culture of shared responsibility and continuous improvement.
