As leader for Amazon Mexico’s Major Appliances Business Division, you will focus on delivering a world-class customer experience and achieving exceptional sales and margin growth. The person who joins this team in this critical leadership position must share our passion and commitment for growing this business.

The Mexico business is a key growth opportunity for Amazon. We are looking for an executive with deep experience in managing a P&L. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for online commerce, high flexibility and commitment, and above all, customer obsession. The candidate should be a strong leader, great communicator and negotiator, with sound business judgment and analytical skills to solve complex problems, a willingness to roll up their sleeves, and the ability to operate cross-functionally.

Key job responsibilities
  • Support the growth and profitability of Mexico’s Major Appliance business by improving revenue and margin across all levers, including selection, inventory, promotion, vendor negotiations, and operational efficiency.
  • Anticipate customer expectations and perceptions of online commerce in Mexico, sharing insights regularly with the wider Leadership Team.
  • Inspire and lead a motivated, talented team by spreading best practices and addressing growth constraints.
  • Utilize detailed analytics and technical capabilities to optimize business models and enhance customer experience in these highly differentiated categories.
  • Build and develop a world-class team driven by teamwork, capable of operating swiftly in Amazon’s demanding environment.
  • Lead initiatives across Mexico that will significantly impact growth.
  • Manage Selling Partners and support existing partnerships strategically, unlocking better value for Sellers, Vendors, and Customers.
  • Create strategic documents focused on innovative ideas, segment operating plans, and feature gap remediation; drive the execution of these plans.
