As part of our Technical Support Team, you will:

  1. Provide technical support for BMC AMI Cloud products.
  2. Communicate with customers and R&D to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  3. Manage support requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Document all support interactions thoroughly.
  5. Analyze and troubleshoot complex customer issues, escalating when necessary.
  6. Respond promptly via email, web, or phone support.
  7. Install, configure, and troubleshoot software products.
  8. Recreate customer problems to assist in resolution.
  9. Gather relevant logs and documentation for troubleshooting.
  10. Review and update technical documentation as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Z/OS, Z/OS Storage, and mainframe concepts.
  • Experience with TSO, network troubleshooting, Linux/Unix, Docker, SQL, RDBMS, SSL, and cloud storage/S3.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call support during evenings and weekends.

Salary Range: Min: 656,775; Mid: 875,700; Max: 1,094,625
