As a Senior Technical Account Manager at DV, you will serve as the primary post-sale contact for Scibids clients. Your role will involve overseeing the execution and performance of pilot and business-as-usual (BAU) campaigns, ensuring a seamless client experience, achieving strong campaign results, and fostering growth through upselling opportunities.

You will collaborate closely with DV’s Sales and Presales teams to deliver a cohesive customer journey and represent the voice of the client within Scibids.

What You'll Do

On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include:

Campaign Management

  • Manage Pilot campaigns during testing phases and BAU campaigns after scaling, leveraging Scibids AI technology.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign setup and performance within DSPs to ensure effective and smooth operation.

Client Communication & Relationship Building

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing daily support.
  • Maintain consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction and address questions or concerns.
  • Provide education, campaign insights, and performance recommendations regularly.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Presales team on onboarding new clients and optimizing campaign setups.
  • Collaborate with the Scibids solutions team to resolve issues and troubleshoot potential roadblocks.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Client Partner teams.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Lead performance review sessions, campaign wrap-ups, and standard reporting to demonstrate ROI and the strategic value of Scibids.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to provide optimization suggestions and innovative ideas based on results.

Upselling & Growth

  • Develop strategies for upselling and expanding existing client accounts while acquiring new clients.
  • Assist in scaling successful pilots into BAU engagements and identifying opportunities for campaign expansion.
  • Introduce clients to new Scibids features and product enhancements.

Who You Are

  • Professional experience (3 to 5 years) in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success/account management within the programmatic advertising space.
  • Experience with at least two of the following DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Amazon, or Yahoo. Knowledge of Meta & Google Ads is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks and see them through to completion.
  • Positive attitude, energetic, driven, and enthusiastic.
