Overview

Sr Systems Eng Supervisor at Honeywell leads and oversees a team of systems engineers in the design, development, and delivery of advanced systems and solutions. Responsible for providing strategic direction for systems engineering activities, driving innovation, and managing project portfolios, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of highly skilled systems engineers in the design, development, and delivery of advanced systems and solutions
• Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the companys goals and objectives, driving innovation and guiding the development of cutting-edge systems
• Set clear objectives and expectations for the team
• Manage project portfolios, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution of projects
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team
• Regularly evaluate and provide feedback to team members
• Identify and mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track
• Champion best practices in systems engineering and integration
• Collaborate with technical experts and thought leaders to drive technological advancements
• Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences

Qualifications

• YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering and engineering management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Advanced English
