Job summary

You will report to the Supply Planning Manager, work onsite in Juárez, and collaborate with demand planning, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure end-to-end supply chain alignment and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or related supply planning functions.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems and Kinaxis/RapidResponse tools.
• Strong data interpretation and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in managing supply risks and inventory optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply planning strategies to meet customer demand and business goals.
• Collaborate with demand planning, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure supply chain alignment.
• Utilize planning tools to monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and manage supply risks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in the supply planning process.
