About Our Client

An international contract-manufacturing company is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sr. Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic and tactical execution across Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, and Inventory Management.

Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and continuously improve the supply chain strategy to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
2. Lead and develop cross-functional teams in procurement, production planning, logistics, inventory control, and warehousing.
3. Ensure effective S&OP processes, demand planning, and material availability.
4. Develop strong supplier relationships and lead cost-saving, quality, and delivery improvement initiatives.
5. Oversee logistics and distribution strategies to optimize delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
6. Leverage SAP to monitor and optimize supply chain performance.

Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2. 5+ years in a Supply Chain Management position with proven leadership experience.
3. Strong track record in both strategic and tactical supply chain operations.
4. Experience in Medical Devices (must). Profiles from Automotive or Aerospace industries are also considered.
5. Proficiency in SAP (must).
6. Advanced English (spoken and written) is required.
