As a Sr Procurement Project Management Specialist, you will have a strong understanding of project management activities, including the end-to-end project management process in a fast-paced, complex business environment. You will work within a team of collaborative colleagues, working on high-impact projects that move the business forward. You will help your team meet deadlines, track, monitor and summarize progress of projects, and prepare reports for senior leadership regarding the status of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as Sourcing Project Manager for NPI projects
• Execute Annual and Strategic Plan with supporting strategies to align with business Growth and New Product Introductions
• Manage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, Negotiation, Contracting and supplier performance processes for NPI projects
• Ensure Relationship development and management with key Supplier Leaderships
• Coordinate with Program Management teams, Operations, Quality, cross-functional teams and other Honeywell businesses
• Negotiate with suppliers on project timelines, lead times, tooling cost and production piece price cost
• Analyze the program scope and identify and mitigate risks that impact and delay project timelines
• Document program issues and identify counter measures
• Align with program stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree and ten years of experience in Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement and leading projects
• Advanced English

• Working and/or Leading in Site Team Environments
• Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience
• Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/Procurement/Contract Management
• Team Leader experience in Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement/Business
• Demonstrated Business and financial acumen
• Experience with SAP or site relevant ERP systems, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools
• Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Tools
• Masters Degree
