A leading automotive parts company in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Business Crisis Management Sr. Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing logistics during critical situations and ensuring effective communication among various departments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 3 years of logistics experience, and advanced English skills. This position requires flexibility and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 3 years of experience in logistics and customs.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Advanced English.
  • Travel as required, up to 50% national and international.

  • Self-motivated, flexible, and detailed oriented, able to meet tight deadlines.
Position Summary
  • Organizing the logistics and follow up of parts during critical situations to avoid production stoppages with suppliers.
  • Identify root cause of part shortages and coordinate the implementation of appropriate corrective actions.
  • Align the team to assure that KPI’s and metrics are met.
  • Strong communication between the different Yazaki departments as BU, Engineering, Purchasing and Material Planning to be aligned for critical situation and the alternatives for immediate solution as well as short- and long-term solutions to each critical problem.
  • Follow up on recovery plans provided by the suppliers to assure we are on track and are achieving resolution to constraints to be able to return material to the Material Planning team for normal working process.
  • Provide weekly status reports to management.
  • Capable of detecting risk and mitigate it with the supplier’s support.
