• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics; solid SQL, PowerBI, Excel and/or Tableau; focus on reporting and data governance
• Ability to analyze data, extract insights and present reports to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Desirable data science and engineering experience, especially Python and Databricks
• Full professional fluency in English (C1) mandatory
• Former consulting experience desirable, especially in customer, sales or marketing functions
• Advanced communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; project management with timelines and stakeholder needs
