A leading healthcare company is seeking a Talent Sourcer to identify and engage high-quality candidates for U.S.-based roles. Initially remote, the position will transition to onsite in Monterrey, Mexico once the office is operational. Candidates should have experience sourcing for U.S. roles, hold a bachelor's degree, and possess strong sourcing skills, including proficiency in Boolean searches and sourcing platforms.

The Talent Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for U.S.-based roles across a variety of functions. This role plays a key part in developing and executing sourcing strategies to support recruiting efforts within the Talent Acquisition team. The Sourcer will partner closely with a dedicated recruiter and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver a strong pipeline of qualified talent that meets hiring needs. This is a remote role for approximately the first year, with the expectation to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico once the local office is established. The position reports to the Sourcing Manager.
