Job summary

Hubclub Go is seeking an experienced SAP O2C Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. The role requires hands-on configuration in SAP SD, integration with FI/CO, MM and other modules, and strong business requirements gathering and solution design capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have advanced English, SAP SD/O2C proficiency, and the ability to work in a remote setting, supporting global ERP processes and ensuring smooth O2C operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP O2C processes.
• Strong configuration and solution design capabilities in SAP SD.
• Experience in integration with FI/CO, MM and other modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C processes and support across requirements, design, configuration, testing and production support.
• Translate business requirements into SAP functional solutions.
• Configure SAP SD: sales orders, pricing, availability check, delivery, billing, returns, outputs and partner determination.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP O2C Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. The resource should be capable of independently handling business requirements, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP SD, including:
  • Sales Order Management
  • Sales document types, item categories, and schedule lines
  • Pricing and condition techniques
  • Availability Check / ATP
  • Delivery and shipping processes
  • Picking, packing, and Post Goods Issue
  • Billing and invoicing
  • Returns, cancellations, credit/debit memo processes
  • Output and partner determination
  • Customer and Business Partner-related processes
• Good understanding of credit management and its integration with the sales process.
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP SD/O2C and FI/CO, MM, EWM/WM, and other relevant modules
• Strong knowledge of pricing, order management, delivery, shipping, billing, and returns.
• Good understanding of O2C integration with FI/CO and MM.
