Crest IT Resources LLC seeks a senior SAP EWM consultant to support enterprise clients with warehouse execution, inbound/outbound, and inventory movements. You will troubleshoot, test (SIT/UAT), and drive continuous improvement across EWM processes, aligning with client teams in a staff augmentation model.

Spanish communication is mandatory for collaboration with client warehouses; hybrid work starts with Mon/Fri remote and Tue–Thu in office, with a move toward full 5-day office.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on support for SAP EWM, with a strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse workflow.

Descripción del empleo

We work with enterprise clients to scale supply chain and logistics capabilities with pre-vetted SAP experts. In this role, we support a client’s SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) initiatives, focusing on day-to-day execution as well as continuous improvement across core warehouse processes. You will help the client stabilize and evolve EWM workflows for inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse inventory movements, and picking/packing/put-away operations. The engagement is delivered with timezone-aligned, US-based coordination through our staff augmentation model, enabling faster staffing and reduced hiring cycles.

Functions

• Support and troubleshoot SAP EWM processes for inbound, outbound, and inventory flows.
• Work with picking, packing, and put away activities, including issue triage and solution validation.
• Execute and participate in testing cycles, including SIT and UAT.
• Analyze functional issues, drive root-cause assessment, and coordinate next steps with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams responsible for related logistics capabilities and interfaces, ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
• Help document findings, support knowledge transfer, and contribute to continuous improvement of EWM processes.

Collaboration & communication

We require Spanish communication to align with the client and warehouse business teams.

Hybrid schedule is required initially (Mon/Fri remote; Tue–Thu office). The client is moving toward a 5-day office model.

Description

We need a senior SAP EWM professional who can independently support/troubleshoot the SAP EWM landscape for warehouse execution and project delivery. Spanish speaking is mandatory to communicate effectively with client teams.

Technical Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for SAP EWM, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end warehouse workflow.
• Experience supporting inbound/outbound scenarios, inventory handling, and warehouse execution steps (picking, packing, and put away).
• Perform testing support for SIT and UAT, ensuring changes are validated against business requirements.
• Use strong debugging and problem-solving skills to isolate issues and propose corrective actions.
• While not required, knowledge of related logistics areas is a plus: Labor Management, Yard Management, and RF Framework.

• Knowledge of Labor Management, Yard Management, and/or RF Framework.
• Experience working across warehouse integration points and operational interfaces.
• Prior roles supporting warehouse operations end-to-end and driving continuous improvements.
• Familiarity with common EWM testing practices and traceability of requirements to test cases.
