ChabezTech LLC is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Lead for a Mexico-based program. The role requires deep hands-on SAP EWM expertise, leadership, and a track record of delivering end-to-end warehouse solutions with S/4HANA integration.

The candidate will oversee implementation, configuration, and production support, coordinating with SAP S/4HANA, MM, SD, and PP teams, while guiding stakeholders and an on-site/remote team to successful outcomes.

Position: SAP EWM Lead

Location: Mexico

Work Model: 2 weeks onsite in Mexico followed by 1 week remote

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP EWM Leads to join our team for an SAP EWM program in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) , with experience across implementation, configuration, integration, and production support.

The role requires strong knowledge of warehouse processes and integration with SAP S/4HANA, MM, SD, and PP , along with proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EWM implementation, configuration, integration, and support activities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP EWM solutions.
• Configure and support EWM processes covering: Inbound operations Outbound operations Inventory management Warehouse operations Internal warehouse movements
• Work closely with SAP S/4HANA, MM, SD, and PP teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Lead solution design, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Provide functional guidance and leadership to the EWM team.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other functional teams.
• Support workshops, requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure SAP EWM solutions align with business and warehouse operational requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall SAP experience with strong SAP EWM expertise.
• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP EWM implementation, configuration, integration, and support .
• Strong understanding of: Inbound and outbound processes Inventory and warehouse management Warehouse operations SAP EWM integration with S/4HANA SAP MM, SD, and PP integration
• Experience in manufacturing/plant environments is preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with onsite and remote teams.

Location Requirement

Candidates must be currently based in Mexico.

The role requires 2 weeks onsite in Mexico followed by 1 week remote .
