Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to design and implement customized solutions that align with our business needs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, architects, and team members to create scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications using the Salesforce platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration, as well as a collaborative mindset and problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and other platform tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like Mulesoft.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and training materials.
• Support system testing, deployments, and post-release support.
• Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Review code from other developers and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
• Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.
• Communicate development progress, risks, and issues to project managers and stakeholders.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Experience Cloud a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
• Experience with complex integrations and middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Understanding of object-oriented design and enterprise-level architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required.
