In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for aggressively driving the sales in Mexico of B&R’s products/systems/services within a designated market, in line with the division strategy. Achieves both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satis-faction. Focuses on identifying and developing new sales opportunities and closing deals.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the B&R division of Machine Automation of the ABB Group (RAMA) in Queretaro.You will be mainly accountable for:• Proactively sells B&R Industrial Automation products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.• Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand their needs, pro-motes their understanding of B&R’s complete product/systems/services offering, and aligns with them to provide a solution.• Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.• Creates added value for the customer and B&R and ensures the successful outcome of transac-tions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques.• Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.• Find new customers and prospect them to generate a robust sales pipeline.
