Formación

What's the role?

Role and reporting line

The Global Sales Desk team is part of the Global Strategy, Planning and Operations team and the role reports to the Global Sales Desk lead. The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assist the sales team in the LATAM region, including Brazil, with day-to-day activities including but not limited to quote creation, invoice reviews, customer set-up, billing set-up, contracting process, accounts receivable collection and renewals.
  • Analyzing the existing business of HERE customers including product usage, use case, pricing, deal financials, contractual terms, and invoices.
  • Supporting Sales in customer sessions to explain the platform onboarding process, commercial set-up, subscriptions, billing process, invoices and more.
  • Timely resolution of cases created by sellers for various tasks.
  • Partnering closely with the AMER regional sales ops team to understand the sales teams’ needs and collaborate on tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Deal Desk, Legal, Technical Support, Accounting, Finance) to quickly identify and resolve account issues.
  • Provide guidance to Sales as a subject matter expert on HERE platform topics such as quoting, billing, adoption, usage, renewals, contracting, and more.
  • Support sellers to maintain the data integrity of Salesforce.com to accurately reflect active opportunities and risks, close dates, probabilities, stale opportunities, key decision makers, and contact freshness.
  • Manage the license agreement process (NDAs, Evaluation, License Agreements) in accordance with Legal department processes and requirements. Confirm agreements are properly executed and returned to customers, Account Executives and the Accounting department to ensure revenue is recognized and received.
  • Initiate, plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives to optimize current workflows or set up new ones to achieve operational excellence.

You are a strong fit for this role if you possess the following skills, abilities, competencies, and work experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a must, MBA desired
  • 3+ yrs. of experience structuring deals either in Deal Desk, Sales support, Sales operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Experience with and understanding of software sales, SaaS business models and deals, and contracting
  • Experience with or in one or more of following industry verticals: Technology, Automotive, Transportation & Logistics, Mobility, Business Services
  • Experience with data products, data platforms or platform business in general (preferred)
  • Able to lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings; comfortable with presenting to senior management and executives
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects; excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), ERP and CRM software skills (Salesforce.com, Zuora), Jira, Confluence
  • Demonstrated capacity to establish internal relationships among different departments as well as create influential relationships
  • Native speaker and/or fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in all three languages
  • Strong problem solving skills along with the ability to communicate confidently rationale for decisions across all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills

About the job

We are looking for an ambitious, experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Operations Analyst to strengthen our Global Sales Desk team in the Americas region.

The Global Sales Desk is a team of six sales support professionals, equally spread across the three global regions to partner with our Sales teams in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa. Building on their expert knowledge of sales tools, systems and workflows, this centralized team is instrumental in providing sales and process support to ensure account teams can focus on selling activities and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting account executives and partner account managers in the Americas region with various activities, as well as initiating workflow improvements to help boost seller productivity.
