A global apparel company is seeking a Sr. Sales Executive for Franchises to drive sales and build strong relationships with clients. The candidate should have a university degree, at least 6 years of wholesales experience, and strong negotiation skills. This full-time role is based in Mexico with both field and office responsibilities.

Formación

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in wholesales, preferably in an apparel company.
  • 30% Field / 70% Office work depending on Client meetings and Store Visits.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

We're looking for someone responsible for executing Franchisees Sell In plan, defining strategies, identifying needs, and capitalizing on business opportunities monthly. You will develop and deliver tactical account plans for our business with passion and excellence, while achieving weekly KPI’s.

About the Job

  • Deliver the Annual Financial Plan (AFP) target by maximizing the productivity of the business.

  • Develop and execute the tactical and strategical plans for Franchisees.

  • Pro-actively deliver sales targets by maximizing productivity. (Ensure effective stock management, deliver P&L targets)

  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with team and supportive functions to maximize accounts potential

  • Ensure effective planning by collaborating closely with planning to optimize stocks levels, minimize stock-outs and markdowns

  • Provide own insights and implement Account sales strategy in line with the evolving market trends and competitor moves - for the achievement of the targets.

  • Build excellent relationships with the account to establish and maintain business.

  • Deliver market intelligence to management based on feedback from customer, consumers and competition.

  • Optimize the cost effectiveness of the sales team, monitoring T&E and all related budgets.

  • Ensure the correct purchasing volume and key codes are met to maintain the supply standards required by a Levi's store.

About you

  • University degree from related departments.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in wholesales, preferably in an apparel company (people management experience is a must ).

  • 30% Field / 70% Office, depending on Client meetings and Store Visits may change by season due Market Weeks.

  • Monthly Store Visits required .
