The Catalyst Team is seeking a Senior RPA Business Analyst to join our full-time team as full-time employee.

As a UiPath Senior RPA Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities for automation, design RPA workflows, and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design UiPath workflows and bots based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify processes that can be automated and determine automation feasibility.
• Define integration solutions between UiPath and other enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle
• Analyze issues with existing UiPath solutions and provide support to end-users.
• Maintain documentation for UiPath solutions, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define process improvement opportunities.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in RPA and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience designing solutions using UiPath platform.
• Hands on on Different UiPath Frameworks and Citizen developments.
• Strong understanding of RPA and workflow management.
