A global technology company based in Mexico City seeks an R&D Supervisor to lead and mentor engineering teams in innovative product development. Candidates should have extensive R&D experience, strong leadership, and a degree in Electrical Engineering. Formación

  • 7+ years of experience in research and development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and leading teams effectively.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, automotive, or industrial hardware.

In this role, you will impact the R&D process by overseeing project execution and guiding the team in developing solutions that enhance product performance and meet customer needs.

Supervise and mentor R&D engineers and scientists, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of R&D projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Plan, prioritize, and manage R&D projects from concept to production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

YOU MUST

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in research and development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of R&D processes and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and leading teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
