Job summary

TE Connectivity Hermosillo, Mexico is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own one or more New Product Development projects. You will lead the Core Team, manage staff and resources, and drive on-time delivery within budget while upholding quality standards.

Responsibilities include enforcing development processes, maintaining project status with PAC, and proactively resolving conflicts. Proficiency in English and PMP-pref education are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years working experience in project management area or equivalent.
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of a matrix organization and how to navigate it.
• Project management expertise to drive time to market balanced with commitment to quality.
• Good oral English.
• Qualification in project management or equivalent, PMP is preferred.

• Manage resources: staff for success and negotiate with functional managers and PAC to alleviate constraints.

Job Requirements

• Evaluating project engineering designs and tracking project completion within budget and scheduling constraints.
• Reviewing reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address execution problems.
• Participating in the development of project schedules, work plans, technical estimates, and design documents.
• Monitoring project health, safety and integrity through compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
