Amazon Mexico is seeking an innovative and results-driven Program Manager to lead our efforts in enhancing seller experience and implementing next-generation seller management tools.

This role is crucial in driving seller success and developing solutions that support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a data-driven approach, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Amazon Marketplace experience for sellers in Mexico, driving innovations that support business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Seller Experience Enhancement:
  • Lead initiatives to improve seller support operations and optimize service delivery
  • Develop and implement programs to increase seller satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Drive automation and process improvement projects to enhance the seller support experience
  • Analyze seller feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Platform Development and Implementation:
    • Lead the implementation of new seller management tools and solutions
    • Prioritize feature releases based on business impact and market needs
    • Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful platform adoption
    • Drive continuous improvement of seller-facing tools and processes
  • Project Management:
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for multiple initiatives
    • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove obstacles to project success
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, KPIs, and business impact
    • Drive data-driven decision making across multiple workstreams
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with technology teams, business partners, and global stakeholders
    • Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure seamless integration of new features
    • Build strong partnerships across organizations to drive program success
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Leverage data to make informed decisions and present insights to stakeholders
    • Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics
    • Develop and monitor success metrics for various initiatives
    Minimum qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 8+ years of program or project management experience
    • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
    • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
    • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • 8+ years of experience in driving process improvements
    Preferred qualifications
    • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
