Noblesoft Technologies Inc. in Querétaro seeks a senior Enterprise PMO lead to drive governance, digital transformation, and multi-workstream initiatives across global teams.

You will own portfolio planning, risk management, executive dashboards, and stakeholder communications, aligning operating models with matrix structures and delivering transparent, actionable reporting to leadership.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong experience in Enterprise PMO, Program Governance & Digital Transformation.

Expertise in multi-workstream program management, portfolio planning, risk management & RACI models.

Experience establishing governance frameworks, steering committees and executive dashboards.

Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.

Experience in operating-model transformation and global matrix organizations.

Proficiency in program tracking, reporting and portfolio management tools.

Must be local to Quer taro, Mexico, or within commuting distance.
