The ideal candidate has over 7 years of program management experience and is fluent in both English and Spanish. You will drive improvements in customer and delivery experience, managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.

Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Global businesses to join Latam.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Sr. Program Manager. In this role, you will lead Amazon's Global Selling into Latam Seller Experience and Provider Management.

Key job responsibilities
  • Lead programs to improve Cross Border Seller Experience, Customer Experience, Delivery Experience, and Cost to serve, defining high-priority improvements to reach business goals.
  • Monitor and execute projects on time and with high-quality standards.
  • Effectively communicate project progress within the organization.
  • Work with internal teams to drive system, tools, and process improvements that affect purchasing and operations workflow, with an emphasis on automating manual tasks.
  • Develop analyses of key business metrics, focusing on recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, global mile, and operations teams to enhance cost to serve and delivery experience for cross-border operations.
A day in the life
  • Review recurring business metrics, conduct deep data analysis, and propose improvements.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of programs, processes, and products.
  • Work with international product teams to identify opportunities to enhance delivery experience and reduce cost to serve.
  • Manage stakeholders across border and operations teams.
About the team

Joining the Global Selling into Latam team means partnering with a dynamic and innovative group that sets high standards for success in a fast-paced environment. To succeed, you should be comfortable navigating broad topics such as Customer Experience, Delivery Experience, Taxes, Accounting, international trade, importation, marketing, operations, collaborating with tech teams, and managing uncertainty.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • 8+ years of experience in process improvements.
  • 8+ years in Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management.
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or related fields.
  • SQL and Data Analysis experience.
