Utilize your expertise by working with the scheduling, production, and supply planning teams to successfully meet customer requirements and operational business objectives at Honeywell.

You will create and manage the production plan / master production schedule for specific plants or products in the Americas Region, including the US and Mexico. This plan will drive high levels of customer service and optimal inventory levels. Your key deliverable will be sending a highly achievable plan to the site production scheduling teams for execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review, analyze, and align capacity for assigned production lines by working with site operations teams.
2. Create and manage the Production Plan / Master Production Schedule.
3. Escalate capacity constraints and suggest solutions to resolve gaps.
4. Manage material constraints in the mid-term horizon.
5. Provide input and participate in the supply review process.
6. Troubleshoot issues in SAP and Rapid Response planning systems.
7. Interact with operations teams and align capacity to capabilities.
8. Review and expedite materials (Internal / External) as needed.
9. Meet KPIs (Delivery, Past due, Inventory, MPS).
10. Collaborate on NPI projects.
11. Analyze data using Excel, PowerBI, Tableau.
12. Develop process improvements.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience managing multi-site operations.
• 5+ years of experience in Planning, Master Planning, or Demand Planning.
• 3+ years of Master Scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in English (90% written and spoken).
• 5+ years of SAP experience (Kinaxis Rapid Response is a bonus).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (VLookUp, Pivot Tables, etc.), PowerPoint, Word.
• Full understanding of the supply chain process.

• Skill in organizing data to identify root causes and corrective actions.

• Expertise with Advanced Planning Systems.
• Kinaxis Rapid Response experience is highly desirable.
