Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business to Protective Industrial Products, Inc. (“PIP”), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.

As a Marketing Manager LATAM, you will be a vital contributor to our Personal Protective Equipment´s data-driven decision-making processes. You will play a key role in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive sales optimization.

You will report directly to our Regional Director, and you’ll work out in Mexico or Colombia on a remote work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by utilizing data to drive business success and optimize sales performance. By analyzing complex sales data and providing actionable insights, you will contribute to the enhancement of our sales strategies and overall sales effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Implement business unit market and product line strategies to achieve our financial goals.
  2. Lead regional roll-out of new products, including communication campaigns and eBusiness strategies.
  3. Assess market opportunities in key sectors throughout the LATAM region and scope new market potentials.
  4. Identify long-term marketing opportunities, develop strategies and plans.
  5. Conduct portfolio analysis of market segments with customer penetration, market potential/share, profitability, and competition.
  6. Align and match unmet market needs with innovative activities.
  7. Ensure alignment with global strategy while adapting to regional needs.
  8. Coordinate marketing, pricing, and placement strategies for relevant categories.
  9. Act as the first point of contact and steer the category/brand team on a regional level.
  10. Co-create and supervise digital, social media, and e-commerce communications in collaboration with global initiatives.
  11. Manage and control the regional marketing budget, prioritizing investments to support business goals, including calculating ROI for initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE

  1. 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Spanish and English.
  5. Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  6. Demonstrated ability to drive organizational improvement through skill development and process enhancements.
  7. Creative problem-solving skills and independent evaluation of issues.
  8. Extensive business knowledge and understanding of the company's marketplace position.
  9. Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  10. Interpersonal skills to build effective relationships and credibility.
  11. Strong work ethic and high personal/professional ethics.
