We are looking for a passionate and strategic Sr. Procurement Manager to lead a team of 6 buyers in driving growth and profitability for our Chillers Product Business Unit (PBU). You will be a key member of the PBU leadership team reporting to the Director of Procurement. You will provide innovative procurement solutions and fostering a high-performing team environment, in a business experiencing rapid expansion.
Own outcomes with accountability and integrity by making transparent sourcing decisions, following through on commitments, and ensuring procurement activity is well documented and compliant. Stay close to the work by partnering early with project, engineering, and operations teams to understand needs, remove obstacles, and keep sourcing aligned to delivery plans. Use data, supplier roadmaps, and risk registers to prioritize what matters most and balance cost, quality, delivery, and resilience.
