Responsible for sourcing goods, materials, and services to meet company operational needs, considering price, quality, productivity, and delivery to ensure continuity of supply. You will hold responsibility for a specific project, region, or business, or have a larger remit in purchasing. You will negotiate midsize value contracts, complex requirements, and meet internal client objectives while achieving maximum overall cost effectiveness. You will interact directly with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive SPS strategic plan with supporting strategies.
• Align with Commodity Strategies including spend site analysis, cost, market analysis, and global technology/economic trends.
• Develop and manage relationships with key supplier leadership.
• Improve working capital through payment term extensions, payment cycle optimization, and vendor-managed inventories.
• Reduce inventory levels and lead times.
• Assist in site tactical procurement escalations, reconciliations, and reporting as required.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3–5 years of experience in operational or tactical purchasing for indirect/direct materials.
• Good technical knowledge of procurement and sourcing.
• Fluent in English.
