Flex in Guadalajara seeks a Sr Process Engineer to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, specializing in liquid cooling, manifold systems and automated production flow. Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager, you will mentor assembly engineers, balance lines, and drive Lean initiatives with international clients, ensuring throughput and quality in a fast-moving environment.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing solutions to improve cycle times, safety, and equipment reliability across all production stages.
• Lead processes Oversee the integration and maintenance of automated packaging lines, ensuring seamless transition from assembly to final packing’s involving liquid cooling systems and manifold assemblies.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager, We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Process Engineer to oversee and optimize our end-to-end manufacturing operations. This role is specialized in Liquid Cooling, Manifold systems, and automated production flow, acting as the primary technical lead for the design and implementation of assembly, disassembly, and packaging lines. The incumbent will be responsible for balancing production lines, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a team to drive innovation. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for international clients, leveraging Lean Manufacturing methodologies to ensure robustness and high efficiency.
