The position involves providing technical guidance, enhancing yield, and presenting results effectively to diverse audiences. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, a relevant engineering degree, and proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Formación

• Experience with NPI process is desirable.
• Experience in Process, Quality, Prototypes, or Maintenance areas are desirable.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.

• Evaluate and analyze the behavior of processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Report and present technical concepts and lab results to various audiences.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent written and oral communication skillsto provide technical guidance and problem-solving leadership within the SMT Process Team.

The candidate should have a disciplined approach to the work and focus on yield enhancement and containment of process excursion risks, -evaluate & analyze the behavior of a process in order to improve process efficiency, productivity & quality-. The candidate should be comfortable in reporting and presenting (in English or Spanish) technical concepts and lab results to a wide range of audiences including peers and senior engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar discipline.
• Candidate should have good data analysis skills.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Ability to interface and communicate to all levels of organization, from production to Director level and vendors, both verbally and in written form.
• Microsoft Office applications (Excel is a must).
• Process Control Plan (PCP).
• Statistical analysis tools.
• Project Management.
• Applying problem solving & continuous improvement tools, Six Sigma, 8D problem solving, FMEA.
• Experience in Process, Quality, Prototypes or Maintenance areas are desirable.
• Experience with NPI process is desirable.
