Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and Green Belt Certification required.
  • Strong project management and communication skills are essential.

  • Train and mentor employees on Manufacturing Excellence principles.

  • Project management and track HMX progress across functions.

Descripción del empleo

Support, train, mentor and coach all employees, engineers, and leaders on Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence principles, processes, and tools as defined in the Standard Implementation Framework. You will provide HMX tools and processes to the plant leaders. You will coordinate with the business to ensure continued execution and sustainability of Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence. You will work across functions to progress the organization through differing gate reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities

YOU MUST HAVE

  1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing, Organizational Development or related field
  2. Green Belt Certification
  3. Intermediate fluent English (B2 level)
  4. Project management skills
